We had the first floor, stairs, and upstairs hardwood floors sanded and refinished by Simply Floors just before moving into our new 1400 square foot home in Royal Oak, MI. I am AMAZED by how incredible they look. When we moved in, I felt like I was moving into a brand new build! Michael and his crew were incredibly patient with us as we tried to figure out the perfect shade of espresso stain color, and even prepared some custom mixed samples to help us decide. They kept us updated on the project’s progress every day and were prompt to respond to questions. Our home was built in 1919 and the floors needed a pretty deep sand which left a lot of dust on the walls, as expected, so Simply Floors paid for a professional cleaning crew to deep clean the walls to ensure our home was dust free after the project. It’s hands down, the best investment we’ve made in our home. Everyone we’ve had over since we moved in asks if we had new hardwood installed, and I love being able to say we had the original restored (and being able to show off our before and after pictures!). If you’re on the fence go for it, you won’t regret a cent!
